A Walk Here To There

Le Breuil is typical of champagne country and a wonderful walking distance of Abbaye de La Abbaye. When you walk and meet the mayor of the town doing electrical work on a lamppost, you feel a call to stay and stay well. Never mind pronouncing the name of the town prove totally beyond us. The misunderstanding never proved fatal or embarrassing (unlike the poisonous ignorance of a cycling couple on a Belgian country road we experienced on another walk. But that is of course another tale)
